What is the difference between womens cut/fit and unisex cut/fit?
Womens cut/fit tees are generally tighter (more form fitting) and have shorter sleeves. They often run small, so you may want to go up in size (or even 2) when ordering.
Unisex cut/fit are designed to be worn by both men and women. Unisex shirts are generally more boxy and unfitted. They have longer/wider sleeves and slightly longer body length. For a loose relaxed fit order your normal size, and for a more fitted look order a size down.
How do your sizes run?
Each of our shirt styles run a bit differently as we carry a few different brands. The type of cut/and style is listed in the product description for each item.
Ladies cut styles in sizes XS-3XL
Unisex in sizes S-3XL
Girls cut styles in size YXS-YXL
Unisex/Youth in sizes YXS-YXL
Toddler styles in sizes 2T, 3T, 4T, and 5T
Infant styles in sizes 6/12 months, 12/18 months, and 18/24 months.
How do I order the correct size?
Please refer to the sizing chart that is listed below each product to ensure you get the best fit. To get the most accurate size, we suggest measuring a shirt that you own (and like the fit) and then compare it to the size chart. Please keep in mind shirts can vary up to 1/2 inch from the size chart.
Do you offer plus sized shirts?
Yes! Our womens cut shirts go up to size 3XL. And our unisex shirts also go up to size 3XL.
How are your shirts made?
Our t-shirts are made using a process called direct to garment printing or DTG which prints the design directly into the shirt fabric. Each item is printed when you place your order. During the printing process a primer is applied that helps to keep your shirt from fading. This primer tends to have a vinegar type smell. No need to worry, it will wash out after one wash.
What materials are your shirts?
The shirt material varies between the different styles that we offer. You can find the specific material information for each shirt in the product descriptions.
What are the care instructions?
For longer lasting wear we suggest that you wash your shirts inside out with cold water and then hang to dry.
I forgot to use my coupon code? Can you add it after my order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to apply coupon codes. If you have a coupon code do not forget to apply it at check-out.
Do you take custom orders?
At this time we are not offering custom orders, but we do hope to offer this in the near future. However, we love to hear your ideas for fun new phrases or verses. Please email your ideas to heather@momlifegear.com
When will my order ship?
After placing your order you should receive an email confirmation/receipt.
Since all of our items are made to order there is a 3-5 day crafting period. This may be longer during the holidays.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation. Your items may arrive in more than one shipment. Shipping times for US orders are typically 2-7 days depending on where you live.

Can you change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you realize that you entered your address incorrectly please email us at heather@momlifegear.com as soon as possible. Although we cannot guarantee it, we will try our best to change the address. The sooner you are able to email us the more likely we can fix the error.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you don't receive a tracking confirmation (and it has been over 7 days since placing your order) first check your spam folder. Unfortunately, emails sometimes accidentally go to the spam folder. If it is not there please send an email to heather@momlifegear.com
Why does my tracking link say "unavailable"?
Tracking links can take 1-2 days to update in our shipping partners system. Give it a day or two and check back. If after 2 days your link is still not working please send an email to heather@momlifegear.com
What is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
Due to the custom nature of the products we no not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged, has a defect, or you receive the wrong item we will send a replacement. Please take a picture of the item and send it to heather@momlifegear.com within 48 hours of arriving. We will then contact you about getting a replacement sent to you.
Returns or refunds for sizing errors are not accepted.
Please be sure to review the sizing chart that is listed on each product to help you choose the correct size. We recommend comparing the measurements to a similar shirt you already have (and love) at home.
